Employers are responsible for the opportunities they publish and for evaluating, contacting and selecting professionals independently.
SWT™ does not guarantee the suitability, availability or performance of any professional or employer.
DIRECT RELATIONSHIPS
SWT™ facilitates digital discovery and direct engagement.
Any communication, negotiation, employment agreement, compensation arrangement or other relationship between an employer and a professional is independently established between those parties.
